Internship Program:

Program Objective: To provide students with a complete taste of day-to-day restaurant operations.

General Requirements: Students must be a sophomore level or higher in college to participate in the program. There is a time commitment of either 30 hours a week for 10 weeks, or 25 hours a week for 12 weeks. Students will typically earn a wage of $7/hour.

Student Commitment: Students enrolled in the program must commit to the following:

1. Attending work with a positive attitude and commitment to the learning process.
2. Calling three hours in advance of any scheduled time if they cannot attend work. No more than two scheduled meetings may be missed.
3. Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
4. An understanding that throughout the program the student will be treated as a manager in training.

The Program: The internship mirrors our standard management training program but extends over a longer period of time. This gives the student the real life experience of the rigors of a corporate management training program and prepares them for a career in the hospitality industry.
