3 Superfood Salads with Surprising Benefits

When you reach the end of the salad bar at Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes, does your plate always look eerily similar, or do you tend to mix up your salad toppings based on the day or your mood? Here at Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes, we like to change it up every once in a while (evidenced with our monthly menu swaps) and want to inspire you to do the same by adding a few new superfoods on top of your next salad.

Not sure where to start? Think about what nutritional benefits you’d like to gain from your next meal (i.e. more energy or immunity) and keep reading. We’re featuring three of our favorite superfood-filled salads – each with a super beneficial outcome – that you can assemble at home or during your next Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes trip.

  1. We love coming to Sweet Tomatoes. The last two times however I have become ill. I am allergic to wheat and gluten and egg yolks. Do you have an ingredients list? I looked all over your site and couldn’t find it.

    1. Hi Shoadley – We are so sorry to hear about your experiences! Since we have such a large menu that rotates, it is difficult for us to put a full ingredient list online, but our managers always have a list for each menu item available. Please just ask during your next visit 🙂
