  1. Nice. You finally post the GF menu AFTER the only speciality salad is no longer available. At at the Brandon, Florida location and the ONLY thing the manager said he could tell me was safe to eat was the chili, that was it. Said he didn’t know of anything else. REALLY? Maybe more training for the locations would be a good idea.

    1. Hi H – We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our managers usually are very well versed in what menu items are gluten free options but thank you for letting us know.

      1. This has happened to me too – I looked here to check for GF items and the Rancho Bernardo Manager had no clue when I asked him. I got the same answer – the chili is safe. Some local training would be VERY much appreciated. If you make the effort to have GF items on your menu and post them here, you should also have ALL staff know about them. I have been hesitant to go back to Souplantation because of this.

  2. I finally get to go tonight for dinner after four months! Im so excited that the thai salad is back because it was delicious!

I have a question. Why is the sweet potato not listed next to the regular potato? Is it cooked in the same oven as bread or something?

  3. Hi. I am severely allergic to olives and I have a very tough time eating in restaurants because of the chance of cross-contamination and use of olive oil. Does Sweet Tomatoes use olive oil in most of their soups/breads? I used to love to go there but I am terrified to eat there now.

    1. Hi Angela – You can find a complete ingredient list at all of our locations. However, due to the nature of our restaurants, we cannot promise that there will be no cross contamination.
