Tossed Salads

  • Apple Walnut Chicken Salad (GF): Crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce mixed with tart apple pieces, dried cranberries, fresh celery, walnuts and chicken, tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Prepared Salads


  • Chili Garlic Lime Noodles: Rice noodles, sliced cucumber, carrots, red onion, radishes, fresh cilantro, basil and sesame seeds in a zesty chili garlic lime dressing.
  • Joan’s Sunny Veggie Slaw (GF, VG): Fresh broccoli stalk, sweet dried cranberries and sunflower seeds combined with our famous Joan’s salad dressing.



  • Continental Lentil & Spinach (GF, VE, VG): Hearty green lentils slow cooked with onion, celery, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, basil and bay leaves in a rich vegan broth.
  • Chicken Pot Pie Stew: A rich and creamy soup made with chicken, red potatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms, pearl onions, green peas and thyme. Try it topped with one of our flakey buttermilk biscuits!
  • Turbo Kale & Veggie Soup (GF, VE, VG): Hearty vegan broth loaded with cannellini beans, cumin, oregano, red onions, red bell pepper, zucchini, kale, broccoli and spinach.
  • Santa Fe Black Bean Chili (GF, VE, VG): Simply delicious. Made with protein-packed black beans, garlic and chili spices, simmered in a tomato based broth.

Hot Bar


  • Creamy Tomato Basil Alfredo (VG): Penne pasta tossed in a scratch-made alfredo sauce made with tomatoes, basil and a blend of four cheeses.
  • Penne Arrabbiata (VE, VG): Scratch-made tomato sauce, with a kick – served over penne pasta.



  • Gluten Friendly Apple Cinnamon Muffin (VG): Warm cinnamon and pieces of apple make this gluten friendly muffin perfect for those cold winter days.
  • Buttermilk Biscuits (VG): Golden flakey buttermilk biscuits. Try one on top of your Chicken Pot Pie Stew!

Dinner Desert


  • Blueberry Crumb Cake (VG): Decadent coffee cake, filled with tart blueberries and topped with a cinnamon crumb topping. Finished with a drizzle of cream cheese frosting – for the perfect sweet treat to end your meal!*
