    1. Hi Silvana – There are a few days we will not be serving our Chocolate Lava Cake due to limited time desserts being offered. If you want to make sure your favorite menu item will be available, please be sure to call ahead.

  1. I would like you to offer: tofu, hummus and guacamole.
The food is delicious, and the atencion is great!
Thank you for all the vegan an vegetarian dishes!

  2. Since you have Black bean chili as a special vegan item in Texas, why not keep more vegan items in general in states like California or Oregon that are likely to have more vegan customers. I am surprised there are no vegan soups listed for November but here in Los Angeles my closest location had a sign saying that the mushroom soup was made with almond milk.

  3. LOVE YOUR MEALS.. SINCE I CAN GET MORE AND BETTER VEGAN MEALS THERE THAN THE FANCIEST OF RESTAURANTS… AND DO IT MYSELF. THANKS SO MUCH. YOUR SALADS ARE TERRIFIC. WHEN DO YOU OPEN UP IN CLEVELAND, OHIO? PLEASE!! YOU WOULD DO SO WELL IN THE EASTERN SUBURBS (PEPPER PIKE, BEACHWOOD, ETC) -WE WOULD STAND IN LINE. WE RARELY COOK. OUR UPSCALE RESTAURANTS ARE OK, BUT YOU WOULD HAVE NO COMPETITION.
WE WINTER IN BOYNTON BEACH, FLA SO VISIT YOUR CONGRESS SITE VERY OFTEN. THANKS FO R THE VEGAN SOUPS.

    1. Thanks for all of your kind feedback, Bobbi! We don’t currently have any expansion plans to Ohio, but we are so happy you are able to visit us when on your vacation.

    1. Hi Robert – We are so sorry, but currently many of our bakery items contain milk and/or eggs. We are continually testing new recipes and hope to bring you options soon.

  4. Would love to see more GF items on your bar. I was vegetarian only and recently ordered to remove gluten. I love your restaurant but it’s getting harder to eat there. No pasta or breads at this time are Gluten Friendly. The Muffins are OUTSTANDING, so I hope you start testing pasta and breads as well.

Lastly it’s harder to eat soup as well. As listed above for Missouri I would have no soup options. I would think you could make a vegetarian/vegan soup without gluten very easily.

Keep up the gluten friendly train!

    1. Hi Sandra – We fully understand your situation and our Culinary Team is continually trying to make updates to our recipes and create new ones that will comply with a larger audience’s dietary restrictions and tastes. We hope as these new dishes are created you will give them a try!

  5. I recently ate at one of your restaurants and had a very yummy warm cake called Carrot and Cream Cheese Lava Cake. Could you please give me the receipe??

    1. Hi Sandy – We’re going to keep that recipe our secret for now, but keep checking back right here on our blog for other recipes we decide to share!

  7. Please, Please, Please….share the recipe for the Carrot and Cream Cheese Lava Cake! My husband and I had it at your Palm Harbor Fl location and LOVED it. We eat there at least once a week during the winter months and it is by far our favorite restaurant!! If you can’t I understand but will keep checking the blog for it…am making your Split Pea and Potato Barley Soup for a carry-in soup night at a friends house for a Christmas get together. The best I have ever tasted.

    1. We’re so glad you’ve found a recipe you enjoy, Joyce! We haven’t gotten our Culinary Team to share the Carrot & Cream Cheese Lava Cake recipe quite yet, but we’ll post it here as soon as we get our hands on it!
