PLANTATION SWEET TOMATOES TURNS 15!

SWEET TOMATOES CELEBRATES 15TH ANNIVERSARY WITH AMERICAN RED CROSS

On Friday, April 29, the Plantation Sweet Tomatoes, located at 801 S. University Dr. will celebrate its 15-year anniversary with a special party complete with an all-day banana split bar for guests.   The event will also serve as a fundraiser for the American Red Cross South Florida Region, a charitable organization that provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. The Red Cross provides food, clothing, shelter and emotional support when a neighbor’s house burns down; teaches lifesaving First Aid, CPR and water safety skills; provides international humanitarian aid; supports military members and their families.

Anniversary party guests will enjoy a banana split bar at Sweet Tomatoes featuring soft- serve yogurt, bananas, strawberry and pineapple toppings, various syrups, sprinkles, granola and peanuts to top their banana split creations.  Sweet Tomatoes provides a healthy salad bar full of fresh, seasonal vegetables and tossed salads, made-from-scratch soups, hand-crafted muffins, focaccia and breads and tasty desserts.

The Plantation Sweet Tomatoes restaurant will donate 10 percent of lunch and dinner sales for the entire day on April 29.
