During Aug. 17 – 29, Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes restaurants’ Passport to Cuba menu will incorporate an array of Cuban-inspired dishes with a Souplantation/ Sweet Tomatoes twist. Guests can get their fill of delicious items such as Havana Banana Tossed Salad, Cuban Rice and Beans, Sweet Potato and Chorizo Soup and Cubano Focaccia, a take on the classic Cuban sandwich, which incorporates citrus-marinated pork, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese and chopped deli pickles.

“We are excited to introduce these new Cuban flavors to our menu during our passport promotion,” said Joan Scharff, VP of brand and menu strategy of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. “It has been fun for us to research and develop this new grouping of recipes. We can’t wait to introduce these big, bold flavors to our guests.”

In addition to choosing from the new Cuban-inspired dishes, guests will also be able to choose from favorites along the signature 55-foot salad bar, featuring an array of vegetable options, tossed salads and deli salads. Guests can also indulge in eight made-from-scratch soups, muffins, pizza focaccias, pasta and fruit available everyday at Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes.
