A Southwest Style Souplantation / Sweet Tomatoes Meal Under 700 Calories

 

Salad

  • 2 cups romaine
  • 2 tbsp carrots
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp corn
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 4 grape tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp jalapeños
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • 1 fl oz Fat-Free Ranch Dressing

Soup

  • 8 fl oz Deep Kettle Chili with 1 tbsp cheddar cheese & 1 tsp white onion

Sides

  • 1 apple
  • 1 Cheesy Garlic Focaccia with 1 tsp jalapeños on top

Drink

  • Iced Tea with lemon
