Summer is fast approaching and that means a whole new season of fresh produce! We’ve picked some delicious fruits and vegetables to feature this June in our all new menu that’s shining with bright summer flavors. You’ll see sweet strawberries and robust peppers throughout our salad bars and buffets!

- Strawberry Fields Salad with Caramelized Walnuts (VE, GF) – Get your first taste of summer with this vegetarian salad made of romaine and spring mix lettuce, fresh sliced strawberries, raisins, shredded carrots, red onions and house-made caramelized walnuts, all tossed in a made-from-scratch strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.
- Ancient Grains Quinoa Blend (VE, GF) – Round out your beautiful custom made salad with quinoa for extra protein and whole grains!
- Sweet Pepper Slaw (VE, GF) – Get your veg on with this mixture of green cabbage, red and green bell peppers tossed in a sweet and sour apple cider vinegar dressing with celery seed and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Zesty Tortellini Pasta Salad (VG) – Fresh veggies and hearty pasta come together in this vegetarian combo of spinach and cheese tortellini and pasta shells tossed with fresh Roma tomatoes, parsley, and our scratch-made Italian Vinaigrette with basil and Romano cheese.
- Fiery Quinoa & Black Bean Chili (VE, GF) – Bring on the heat with our notoriously spicy vegan black bean chili made with a fresh assortment of green, red, chipotle, and jalapeño peppers, quinoa, sweet corn, and zucchini.
- Famously French Onion Soup (GF) – Say bonjour to caramelized onions simmered in a rich beef broth, with a hint of sherry and thyme. Our tip: try topping with our scratch-made garlic parmesan croutons (not gluten friendly) and Asiago cheese for an authentic French Onion experience!
- Tuscan Tomato Bisque (VG) – Enjoy the heartiness of carrots, onion, celery, and garlic sautéed and blended with fire roasted tomatoes, thyme, and a touch of cream.

- Garden Fresh Vegetable Marinara with Spaghetti (VG) – This vegetarian pasta is bursting with veggies – a rich marinara sauce filled with tomatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, basil and oregano, tossed with spaghetti and garnished with our pepper cheese blend.
- Tomato & Spinach Pasta (VG) – In case you wanted more delicious pasta, we have a penne pasta tossed with spinach, garlic, red onions, parmesan cheese and fresh tomatoes, garnished with asiago cheese.
- Gluten-Friendly Chocolate Chip Muffin (GF, VG) – Put a sweet touch on your plate with our fluffy gluten-friendly vanilla muffins made with buttermilk and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Strawberry Muffin (VG) – These muffins are bursting with the summery flavor of strawberries!
- Individual Shortcake* (VG) – Finish your meal with a mini, buttery shortcake made with buttermilk for a moist, vanilla cake. Our tip: try topping with our fresh sliced strawberries and whipped topping for the perfect summertime dessert!
